Studio Rules.

Booking

1. We work daily from 10:00 to 20:00 without any days off. Booking outside standard hours is possible from 6:00 to 24:00 with prior reservation, requiring a minimum of 2 hours of studio rental and a 10% increase in the total rental cost.
2. You can book the studio online, by phone, or via personal messages.
3. The minimum rental time is 1 hour, and any additional time is considered as an additional hour.
4. Each shooting session lasts for 55 minutes. Five minutes before your session ends, the administrators will notify you with a sound signal, and after 5 minutes, they will enter the studio.
5. The rental time is calculated from the booking time, regardless of your delay or the actual duration of the shooting.
6. A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required for booking.
7. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.
8. If you cancel the booking less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will not be refunded, but you can reschedule the rental time while retaining the condition of a non-refundable deposit.
9. For bookings made less than 48 hours in advance, a 100% prepayment is required.
10. Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. In the latter case, you need to provide a screenshot of the transfer.
11. When organizing a photo day or master class, please contact the administrator as special discounted booking conditions are provided.

Working in the studio

12. One hour before the shooting, a makeup place is provided for free. Additional time will be charged on an hourly basis at 5 GEL per hour.
13. Upon entering the studio, you should change your footwear or put on shoe covers.
14. Smoking and open flames are prohibited in the studio.
15. When shooting in the studio with animals, wearing shoes with black soles (even if they are brand new) and any accessories that may leave permanent marks of dirt require a deposit of 100 GEL. If no such dirt marks are left after your session, the deposit will be returned.
16. Shooting on the cyclorama is allowed barefoot, in new shoes, or shoes with covered soles.
17. The shooting area can accommodate a maximum of 10 people at a time.
18. If you need assistance with lighting equipment or any other service, you can call the administrator using the call button.
19. The client renting the studio agrees to fully compensate the cost of replacing equipment or repairing the studio workspace in case of damage caused by any of the participants of the shooting crew or people accompanying the client during the session.
20. Standing on the gradient (curved surface) of the cyclorama is prohibited to prevent damage. The cost of repairing a broken cyclorama is five thousand (5000) GEL.
